Is towing a hybrid different from a regular car?

Yes, significantly. Hybrids contain high-voltage orange cabling and sensitive regenerative braking components integrated into the transmission. Treating a hybrid like a standard gas vehicle can cause electrical arcing or mechanical binding. Do you have mobile charging?

While we don't carry mobile battery trailers, we provide an efficient "Rapid Transport" solution. If you’ve reached 0% State of Charge (SoC), we will quickly load your vehicle onto a flatbed and transport it directly to the nearest Supercharger or Level 3 fast-charging station. This is faster and more reliable than waiting for a slow mobile charge on a busy highway shoulder.

Can you boost a Tesla's 12V battery?

Yes. Even though your Tesla has a massive high-voltage battery, it relies on a standard 12V battery to "wake up" computers and electronic door latches. If this 12V battery dies, the car becomes unresponsive. We carry professional-grade, regulated power packs designed to safely jump-start these sensitive low-voltage systems without sending a power surge to your vehicle’s onboard computers.

How do I pay for the service?

Every mobile unit is equipped with a wireless card terminal. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Interac Debit on the spot. You’ll receive a digital or printed receipt immediately, which is required if you plan to submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance provider or Tesla Roadside.
